Join our Employee Service Centre team, where you’ll process HR requests, learn HR programs, benefits and policies, and support FCC employees over the phone and via email. Working closely with the larger HR team, you’ll gain valuable insight into the world of HR and help employees at all stages of their careers, from hiring to retirement. Success in this fast-paced role calls for strong teamwork, relationship building, analytical thinking and attention to detail.

 

What you'll do

  • Process employee allowance and loan programs
  • Learn and process employee hiring and retirements
  • Respond to employee inquiries on benefits, policies and HR programs
  • Work closely with HR partners in Compensation, Recruitment and Payroll

 

What we're looking for

  • Team player who can deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A multi-tasker who is organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience in Office 365

 

What you'll need

  • Enrolment in a program for a degree in business or commerce with a focus in human resources or management
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
