At FCC, we’re proud to be 100% invested in Canadian agriculture and food. As a federal Crown corporation, we provide financing, knowledge resources and business management software to over 103,000 customers nationwide.
Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:
How you’ll make an impact
Play a key role in the effective management of consultant Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring contracts are accurately managed, tracked, and executed across the business. Partner closely with FCC leaders to oversee consultant contracts within their respective areas—including extensions, non-extensions, and terminations—while supporting informed decision-making and operational continuity.
Build strong, trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors, working collaboratively to address and resolve consultant performance issues as they arise. Bring structure and clarity to contract management by maintaining detailed records of all contracts and correspondence, routing agreements for signature, and creating purchase orders for each engagement.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, DocuSign, and SAP to ensure contract processes are efficient, compliant, and well-documented. Apply a strong understanding of the contingent labor market—including vendors, trends, and market rates—along with negotiation skills to support effective vendor partnerships. Above all, you’ll make an impact through exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
