We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our IT support team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in service desk environments and a genuine passion for solving technical issues while delivering an outstanding user experience.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, providing timely and effective assistance across multiple platforms. You’ll support commercial off-the-shelf software solutions through configuration and light scripting, ensuring users receive clear, empathetic and solution-oriented service.
Your ability to communicate clearly, troubleshoot efficiently and follow through with professionalism will directly impact the satisfaction and productivity of our internal clients.
