Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:
How you’ll make an impact
As Senior Vice-President, Ag Production Business Financing, you’ll provide strategic leadership to FCC’s small business lending portfolio across Western Canada, shaping the vision, priorities and performance outcome for the team. You’ll drive portfolio growth, ensure effective risk management and champion an integrated approach to delivering financing, advice and support to agricultural producers and farm operations. Your work will strengthen FCC’s presence in the region and contribute to long-term customer and organizational success.
You’ll be part of the senior leadership team that shapes strategy, aligning execution with corporate priorities, customer needs and evolving market conditions. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, risk management, finance, operations and product teams to enable consistent execution, modernize lending approaches, and meet strategic growth and risk objectives. You will also collaborate across divisions to strengthen partnerships, share insights, and drive initiatives that enhance customer value and operational excellence.
