How you’ll make an impact 

As a Senior Technical Analyst, you’ll implement and support commercial off-the-shelf software solutions across complex business and technical environments, strengthening FCC’s technology landscape and contributing to scalable, reliable system performance. Using your advanced problem-solving skills, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve challenging issues, streamline and simplify processes, resolve architectural concerns, and champion improved practices that enhance the way FCC teams work and deliver value. 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Help improve tools and practices in an Agile, fast-paced IT environment 
  • Facilitate collaboration with colleagues and partners to solve interesting and challenging issues  
  • Simplify and streamline processes for stakeholders to improve efficiency and user experience  
  • Automate processes, customizations and upgrades to support continuous improvement  
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications that guide design and implementation  
  • Provide informal leadership and mentorship to teammates 

 

Required qualifications: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or business Minimum four years of experience in technology enablement (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) 
  •  Technical expertise in one or more of these areas: application development, networks, security and cloud architecture? 

 

Preferred qualifications:  

  • Extensive knowledge of computer programming, systems analysis, design concepts, development methodologies, and computing and software industry trends  
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, with a strong preference for experience in compliance; finance; Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG); and risk-based solutions (for example, Resolver, MS Purview)
