Communication and accounting skills needed
Help define and deliver lending business systems, provide business system support, and design, develop, and deliver training for various business units.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with colleagues to identify the impact of new and existing products
• Conduct process redesign for various business units
• Coach co-workers and partners on proper policies and procedures
• Assist with the design, validation and testing of business systems
• Troubleshoot complex issues from various divisions
• Design, develop, and deliver training materials based on research from multiple sources.
• Create and execute controls and monitoring data queries
