How you’ll make an impact
Join our Innovation Hub as a Senior Experience Designer who thrives in collaborative environments and elevates the ideas of others. As a strategic thinker, you’ll transform insights into actionable opportunities and contribute to a team that explores complex problems and leads others toward outcomes that truly matter.
In this role, you’ll lead qualitative research projects to uncover where customers and employees face challenges that FCC can solve. You’ll leverage strong storytelling and sense-making capabilities to convey customer and employee sentiment to broad audiences, enabling informed decision-making and paving the way for future enhancements.
