Experience in strategic design and innovation rewarded
We’re looking for a strategic thinker who transforms data and user insights into innovative solutions that matter. As a Senior Experience Designer with our Innovation Hub, you’ll be at the forefront of driving meaningful change across the agriculture and food industry.

In this role, you’ll harness the power of research, analysis and visualization to uncover opportunities, frame complex problems and guide teams toward impactful outcomes. Operating in a collaborative environment that values curiosity and experimentation, you’ll influence cross-functional teams by identifying what to improve, who benefits and why it matters. You’ll lead user research and develop and test new concepts that help FCC adapt, grow and set new standards for innovation.

As a changemaker, you’ll introduce and operationalize solutions that improve or transform business activities, ensuring measurable impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead insight-driven innovation by translating user needs and data into actionable strategies across FCC
  • Conduct and direct user research to investigate behaviours and needs, framing problems and generating concepts for testing and validation
  • Organize and implement solutions that improve or transform services, processes or paradigms, ensuring adoption and impact
  • Influence and guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders through high-impact human-centered design

What we’re looking for:

  • An accountable and results-driven proactive owner who follows through on commitments, takes responsibility for outcomes, and delivers impact
  • An excellence-oriented and efficient standard-bearer who sets high standards, pays attention to detail, and makes smart, resourceful use of time
  • A bold, curious, and innovative energizer who tackles challenges with urgency and positivity, while championing new ideas and solutions.
  • An adaptable and collaborative team player who thrives in change, influences without authority, and works seamlessly across teams.
  • A possibility-focused problem solver who sees obstacles as opportunities, asks “why not?”, and explores creative approaches to move forward.

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Expert-level skills in user research, insight generation, problem framing, data analysis and visualization, prototyping and concept testing, operationalization, and evaluation
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially for presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience in innovation and ideation work is highly valued
  • Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking or SAFe certification is an asset
  • Agriculture experience is considered an asset
