How you’ll make an impact 

  • As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you’ll be a technical authority at FCC, driving the evolution of our platform to meet high-level strategic goals. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business needs will be essential to our success.
  • You’ll be part of the team that manages critical ITSM practices and works closely with stakeholders to influence our long-term ServiceNow roadmap. While you’ll act as a mentor and guide for the team, you’ll still develop alongside your peers to build, set standards and maintain our most complex features.

What you’ll do

  • Lead by example by writing, maintaining, and reviewing code and system configurations alongside the development team
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and smart development practices
  • Influence the ServiceNow strategy by identifying platform advancements that align with FCC’s strategic plan
  • Analyze and develop sophisticated code, including advanced automation, integrations and unit tests
  • Ensure all technical solutions are engineered for maximum efficiency and long-term sustainability
  • Oversee code fixes and lead user testing phases to ensure seamless enterprise-wide performance

 

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • Minimum six years of related experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow processes, workflows and configurations
  • Proven expertise in delivering high-quality code while simultaneously mentoring technical teams
  • Demonstrated proficiency in automation testing and complex system integrations

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (please state certification number) 
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (please state certification number)
