Are you passionate about championing Agile delivery mindsets? Join our team and lead the adoption of Agile methodology in our delivery practices. You’ll provide ongoing training and coaching with a focus on increasing the effectiveness of domains and delivery teams.


Working closely with scrum masters, product owners, stakeholders and leadership, your expertise will help identify and remove impediments, streamline processes and accelerate the flow of value in complex product environments. You’ll shape how we deliver value – faster, smarter and with lasting impact.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the adoption of Agile principles and Scrum and Kanban practices through coaching, mentorship and training of cross-functional delivery teams and leadership to improve value delivery
  • Identify and resolve organizational impediments
  • Research Agile delivery best practices and leading approaches to refresh team learnings
  • Maintain training materials and conduct training sessions for cross-functional delivery teams, stakeholders and leaders
  • Facilitate workshops
  • Determine Agile delivery success criteria and measures 
  • Assess the adoption of Agile principles and provide feedback to guide growth and ensure alignment with Agile goals
  • Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and collaboration, breaking down silos within the organization

  • Expert facilitator skilled at guiding complex multi-stakeholder discussions and workshops to achieve alignment and actionable outcomes
  • Articulate communicator who can confidently engage with senior executives and translate strategic objectives into practical steps
  • Mentor and coach skilled at developing individuals and teams through formal training, informal coaching and mindset-shifting conversations
  • Educator at heart, capable of simplifying complex concepts and fostering organizational learning
  • Collaborative relationship-builder who thrives in cross-functional environments and can navigate ambiguity with empathy

 

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, education, social science, or psychology and at least five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Agile expertise with deep understanding of principles and ability to influence behaviours beyond frameworks or checklists
  • Experience in diagnosing systemic impediments and driving improvements in governance, decision-making and value delivery
  • Research-informed exposure to Agile practices in diverse contexts (technology, innovation or similar environments)
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
