Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:

How you’ll make an impact

  • As a Scrum Master, you’ll use your Agile experience to help the teams you support work better together every day. You’ll enable collaboration, remove obstacles and foster an environment where teams can focus on delivering value and continuously improving how they work.
  • You’ll be part of a non-development team that embraces the Agile mindset. Partnering with multiple divisions, the team influences how technology risk, security, and compliance practices are understood and applied across FCC.
  • In this role, you’ll support teams working across a variety of workstreams, including policy development, IT control testing, mandatory enterprise learning programs and security assessments while applying Agile principles outside of a traditional software development environment

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate and support the identification and implementation of continuous improvements to enhance team effectiveness and value delivery
  • Proactively identify and help remove impediments to enable smooth, efficient team operations
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies for two to three teams using both Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • Partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure priorities, goals and outcomes are clearly defined, visible and achievable
  • Support the Product Director in decisions related to team structure, ways of working and process optimization
  • Foster strong collaboration and alignment across geographically distributed teams in a hybrid  environment.

  • Demonstrated experience coaching teams on Agile principles and supporting their practical application across multiple workstreams
  • Experience using Agile and collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro, Confluence or similar platforms

  • Experience applying Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks in a non-development or non-technical environment
