Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:

- Purpose-driven work: We build strong relationships, share knowledge and support the people who feed the world

How you’ll make an impact
- Join our Agile Development team as a Product Analyst and play a key role in shaping the future of FCC’s lending experience.
- You’ll support the domain by testing new lending functionality, intentionally challenging the system and ensuring features work seamlessly before they reach end users. Relying on your expertise in incident analysis and response, you'll rotate through incident triage, quickly diagnosing issues to keep delivery moving smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, analysts, the Product Owner and business partners on new features and product improvements across complex business and technical domains.
- In this role, your curiosity, passion for user experience, ability to switch contexts quickly and aptitude for understanding diverse stakeholder perspectives will help you navigate problems, negotiate solutions and build strong relationships. You’ll bring a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset to a team that embraces change, innovates continuously and is committed to building great products that deliver real value.
What you’ll do
- Analyze product backlog items and create clear, actionable user stories that reflect business needs and constraints
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders and end-users to gather, validate and document requirements that shape product design
- Execute acceptance tests, explore edge cases and intentionally try to “break” the system to ensure each product increment meets quality expectations
- Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and support effective, timely resolution
- Prepare organizational change management materials that support end-user understanding, readiness and adoption
- Identify solution options and automation opportunities that improve processes, enhance customer outcomes and support delivery efficiency
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, refinements, planning) and contribute thoughtful questions and solutions
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business or commerce
- Minimum three years of experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience in requirements management, including conducting requirements gathering sessions, analyzing needs and writing user stories
- Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, reflected through stakeholder engagement or communication responsibilities
- Demonstrated history of adopting and learning new technologies, tools or systems in previous roles
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in lending, credit adjudication or financial services, ideally within the agriculture sector
- Agriculture lending knowledge and experience
- Experience with incident troubleshooting or rotation-based production support
