Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$119,935 - $162,265

 

Expertise managing product delivery in agile environment needed
Lead a multi-disciplinary, agile team responsible for successfully delivering prioritized work. You’ll help team leaders clarify next steps and maintain the long-term vision of products.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate the agile delivery process
  • Collaborate with product owners on priorities and scheduling
  • Manage key control processes to reduce risk
  • Ensure critical impacts are resolved quickly and remediation is complete
  • Build and maintain a high-performing, engaged and empowered team of employees and consultants
  • Mentor the team in development planning, workload management, and setting and achieving performance objectives

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or business administration and at least eight years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • In-depth understanding of risk controls; knowledge of agriculture and lending is an asset
  • Record of success using agile methodologies for technology lifecycle management
