Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$119,935 - $162,265
Expertise managing software delivery in an Agile environment needed
Lead a high performing software delivery team that produces the building blocks for other software delivery teams. You’ll be instrumental in creating a product vision that enables our objectives, our stakeholders and FCC’s strategy.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain high performance, engaged and empowered software delivery teams
- Mentor, coach and manage team performance, helping team members achieve their objectives, improve their skills and grow their careers
- Ensure priorities are understood and well communicated
- Monitor and manage key control processes like release processes, quality and security to ensure risk is appropriately controlled
- Work with leaders and other divisions across the organization who have an interest in the team’s outcomes (including Audit, Risk, Business Continuity, DEI, and others)
- Ensure critical impacts are resolved quickly and remediation is complete

What you’ll need
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or business administration and at least eight years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- In-depth understanding of risk controls
- Record of success using Agile methodologies for technology lifecycle management
- Knowledge of agriculture and lending is an asset
