How you’ll make an impact 

Leverage your expertise in strategic leadership, process improvement, and loan administration processes to strengthen FCC’s operations. Lead and help evolve a national centralized loan administration team integral to FCC’s lending process by advancing people, technology, and service standards, ensuring the Loan Administration Centre consistently delivers high-quality service and results. You are a collaborative leader with a strong enterprise mindset, skilled at translating business needs into efficient processes, clear technology requirements, and effective learning solutions. You foster excellence, build strong relationships, and drive successful change. 

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage centralized national Loan Administration services 
  • Enhance operational risk management through the development and delivery of loan administration processes and training 
  • Lead change management for new and updated loan administration processes and technology, ensuring clear communication, training and adoption across FCC partners 
  • Lead a dynamic team of supervisors and senior technicians, providing clear direction and guidance 
  • Collaborate with other business units to build relationships that reinforce the LAC as a     partner 
  • Manage performance objectives, monitor standards and quality control 
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of Loan Operation 

 

What you’ll bring to the team 

Required qualifications: 

  • A degree in business administration and at least six years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 
  • Extensive experience building processes and defining technical solutions 
  • Leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and developing team members to improve performance or achieve measurable results – and experience in managing change 
  • In-depth knowledge of loan processing policies, processes and procedures, and an understanding of financial services 
  • Proven change leadership, including implementing new or updated processes/technology and driving adoption across partners 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams 
  • Continuous improvement mindset (process mapping, root-cause analysis, standardization) to improve service and reduce risk 
  • Clear communication and training facilitation skills to support consistent execution and a strong partner experience 
  • Advanced proficiency in both official languages (English and French)
