Lead FCC’s innovation practice and empower teams of experts that are advancing FCC’s use of design thinking and user research disciplines.

What you’ll do:

• Enable teams that are changing mindsets within FCC to embed design thinking and user research to develop strategy
• Champion and coach the team and leaders by demonstrating the value of empathy and experimentation
• Enable and reinforce customer-centrcity for the experiences and solutions FCC offers

• Strong communicator that is curious and open to act as a change agent  
• Passion to help FCC remain relevant tocustomers and employees using human-centered design and user research
• A change leader and catalyst who establishes relationships and demonstrates the value of change 
• A high level of empathy 

What you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree or entrepreneurial experience and at least eight to ten years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) 
• A growth mindset
• Energy and resilience to lead change 
• A drive to help the team and others achieve their outcomes
