How you’ll make an impact
As Manager, Customer Service, you’ll guide a dynamic team located across Manitoba focused on delivering exceptional customer service in Ag Production financing. You’ll coach and mentor staff on building relationships with customers and creating strong partnerships with internal teams, ensuring quality documentation and efficient processes. Working with the district leadership team, you’ll help shape strategy, optimize workflow, and support the district business plan to achieve organizational goals.
