How you’ll make an impact
Use your human resources expertise to translate trends, legislation and data into clear, actionable tools and advice that guide strategies across all HR domains – including workforce planning, talent management and compensation.
As an HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to your HR partners and business leaders by delivering advanced reporting, dashboards and predictive analytics that empower evidence-based decisions. By ensuring data integrity and leveraging analytics to shape policies, programs and initiatives, you’ll help align HR decisions with organizational goals.
