Proven IFRS expertise rewarded
Develop accounting policies that reflect transactions and are in accordance with IFRS standards. You’ll prepare external reports such as financial statements and the MD&A.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze transactions and use your professional judgment to recommend accounting treatment and policies
• Understand additions and revisions to IFRS standards and facilitate their implementation
• Prepare financial statements and accompanying notes for quarterly and annual statements
• Prepare quarterly and annual MD&A
• Act as a subject matter expert on various initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Problem-solver with strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively for a variety of audiences
• Organized multi-tasker who pays attention to detail
• Ability to create reports that are engaging and communicate a meaningful story about FCC’s operations and financial position
• Critical thinker with sound judgment

What you’ll need:

• CPA designation and at least three years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and internal controls
