How you’ll make an impact
As a District Director, you’ll provide strategic leadership to operations employees across northern Alberta by coaching formal leaders who oversee lending, customer service and business development teams. You’ll guide your leaders in executing the Relationship Management Process, ensuring portfolio quality, operational excellence and a great customer experience.
Your role includes building FCC’s presence in the marketplace and strengthening relationships with industry partners, financial institutions and community stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely with area and district leadership teams to ensure alignment, share insights and contribute to enterprise-wide continuous improvement.
