Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$136,850 - $185,150

 

Proven finance leader needed
Oversee tax compliance and tax advisory services covering FCC’s corporate and operational activities, in addition to overseeing corporate payments and corporate banking functions. You’ll manage relationships and collaborate with various internal departments to deliver relevant and reliable financial analysis and reporting to stakeholders, including senior management and external tax authorities.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate and engage with your team to deliver accurate, timely tax reporting, analysis and insights to management and external tax authorities
  • Direct corporate banking relationships and payment activities, setting and maintaining appropriate service level standards and a robust internal control environment
  • Oversee corporate payments and banking functions, ensuring efficient and compliant operations
  • Innovate processes, reporting and various approaches by staying current on emerging banking, tax and regulatory developments, including industry best practices
  • Coach and mentor a team of high-performing managers and employees

What you’ll need:

  • Taxation, accounting, and/or legal education (with preference given to advanced education/designations) and approximately 10 years of related leadership experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Comprehensive knowledge  of corporate banking processes, the tax and regulatory environment, accounting policies, corporate tax policies, and financial accounting and reporting principles (IFRS) in a leadership capacity
  • Expertise in change resiliency, with a high level of adaptability to prioritize and provide complex, advanced-analytics decision support in real time
  • Digital literacy and the curiosity to research, learn and leverage digital technologies to enable research and data sourcing, interpretation and analytics to deliver enhancements and recommendations to internal partners
