How you’ll make an impact

Join our Agile development team as a Developer, where you’ll help design, develop, test and deploy high-quality code for our marketing technology and digital platforms. You’ll translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions and collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and business partners in a supportive team environment.

What you’ll do

• Analyze and develop new code, including automation, integration and unit tests
• Implement code fixes and support user testing
• Build and execute automation tests
• Ensure technical solutions are developed and maintained efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate in an agile environment to break down requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Work with both legacy systems and new application development, supporting our customer-facing portals

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
• Minimum two to four years of hands-on software development experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Demonstrated ability to write, test, and maintain high-quality production code with minimal supervision
• Strong proficiency in modern web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Gatsby, React and Angular (version 12 or higher)
• Experience integrating applications with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs using Java
• Working knowledge of one or more modern frameworks or technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET, or Django
• Solid experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL
• Experience working within an Agile development environment, including collaboration with cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications:

• Exposure to marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot
• Familiarity with web and API authentication and authorization
• Proficiency in using GIT for version control
• Experience in creating web services and APIs
• Work experience in financial services, lending or agriculture industries
