Sipcam Agro USA names Tim Riley of Harrisonville, Missouri, as its new national sales manager to lead the company’s plant protection business serving agriculture and the turf and ornamental markets.
Riley offers decades of experience in the chemical, biological, seed, equipment, animal health, and financial management sectors, giving him a strong understanding of many parts of the agriculture industry.
He is known for his customer-focused approach and ability to build both short- and long-term business strategies that support sustainable growth. His skills include executive leadership, market development, sales management, negotiations, and team building.
Before joining Sipcam Agro USA, Riley worked as North American Strategic Account Manager at MBFi. There he directed sales and marketing for a 20-product biologics portfolio and projected an impressive 2,000 percent growth for the 2025 season.
Earlier, Riley served as Director of Sales for North America at Certis Biologicals. In that role, he reorganized the sales team, strengthened strategic partnerships, improved distribution agreements, and introduced incentive programs to drive customer-focused solutions.
“Tim has consistently demonstrated a well-balanced blend of common sense, sharp business instincts, teamwork, and a value-added approach to problem-solving,” said Brent Marek, CEO/COO of Sipcam Agro USA. “We are excited to welcome such an experienced, goal-oriented leader with a proven track record of building winning cultures, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and empowering teams to excel.”
Riley earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Missouri at Columbia and has received several industry awards and served on multiple boards.
Sipcam Agro USA continues to expand its portfolio with innovative biosolutions like Annuity, Mevalone, and ETQ Flex, with additional products planned soon. Riley’s broad U.S. and Canadian sales experience in crop and turf protection and new product development makes him an ideal fit for the company’s growth plans.
