Experienced Leader Takes New Role to Guide Company Growth Strategy

Shannon McComas becomes COO at Loftness bringing strong leadership skills to improve operations support growth and align customer needs with product innovation in the agriculture equipment industry.

Loftness Specialized Equipment has appointed Shannon McComas as its new Chief Operating Officer. In this role, McComas will manage daily operations, support company growth, and improve overall performance. He will also work closely with company leaders to guide long-term plans and strengthen innovation.

McComas joined Loftness in 2024 and most recently served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During this time, he helped build strong dealer relationships, expand the company’s market reach, and support business growth. His work played an important role in improving the company’s position in the agriculture and vegetation management equipment industry.

With strong experience in sales, business development, and operations, McComas brings a balanced approach to his new role. He understands both customer needs and company processes. He will continue to oversee sales and marketing to ensure better coordination between product development and customer demand.

Loftness Specialized Equipment is an employee-owned company based in Hector, Minnesota. It produces a wide range of equipment used in agriculture and land management, including crop residue tools, grain bagging systems, precision application equipment, forestry mulchers, and vegetation control tools.

With this leadership change, the company aims to continue delivering high-quality equipment while improving efficiency and supporting the needs of farmers and industry professionals.
