Loftness Specialized Equipment has appointed Shannon McComas as its new Chief Operating Officer. In this role, McComas will manage daily operations, support company growth, and improve overall performance. He will also work closely with company leaders to guide long-term plans and strengthen innovation.
McComas joined Loftness in 2024 and most recently served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. During this time, he helped build strong dealer relationships, expand the company’s market reach, and support business growth. His work played an important role in improving the company’s position in the agriculture and vegetation management equipment industry.
With strong experience in sales, business development, and operations, McComas brings a balanced approach to his new role. He understands both customer needs and company processes. He will continue to oversee sales and marketing to ensure better coordination between product development and customer demand.

Loftness Specialized Equipment is an employee-owned company based in Hector, Minnesota.
