Inari appoints Rob Dunlop as chief commercial officer to guide worldwide commercial strategy, boost revenue, and advance its SEEDesign platform for stronger seed designs and higher crop yields.

Inari announces the appointment of Rob Dunlop as chief commercial officer, effective September 15, 2025. Dunlop now leads the company’s global commercial strategy and revenue plans as Inari continues to scale growth with its innovative SEEDesign platform.

This platform focuses on high impact, high value seed designs for broadacre crops, helping farmers increase yields and adapt to tough growing conditions.

Dunlop brings more than 30 years of experience across agribusiness, breeding, agronomy, and biotechnology. Before joining Inari, he served as Vice President for North America Seed at Nutrien Ag Solutions. His career also includes senior leadership roles with Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto, where he worked across the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe.

“Rob's global perspective and leadership in crop strategy, technology adoption, and team development make him uniquely positioned to lead Inari's next growth phase of commercial efforts,” said Ignacio Martinez, interim CEO, co-founder, and board chair of Inari. “His track record of scaling businesses will help accelerate our momentum.”

Dunlop shares this excitement. “Joining Inari at this pivotal moment is energizing,” he said. “Inari's SEEDesign platform redefines what's possible in seeds. I'm inspired by our shared passion for ensuring global and sustainable food security. Inari's ability to help growers significantly increase yields in the face of increasingly challenging growing conditions is delivering on this vision.”

As part of this transition, Ron Wulfkuhle, who helped shape Inari’s commercial foundations, becomes a strategic advisor to the CEO. He will focus on advancing Inari’s strategic goals and business development. Martinez added, “We're grateful for Ron's leadership and are pleased he will continue to support the company in this strategic capacity.”

Dunlop’s appointment signals Inari’s commitment to innovation and global food security as it expands its reach in the agriculture industry.
