Streamline Ag selects Paul Konrad as CEO and expands its technical sales leadership to support agronomy services, growth plans, and improved crop input performance across key agricultural regions in the country.

Streamline Ag, a company that focuses on improving seed performance through biologicals and specialty crop inputs, named Paul Konrad as its new Chief Executive Officer. He has already served as Managing Director and has helped guide the company’s agronomy strategy, product lineup, and business expansion. His leadership supports the company’s goal of helping independent seed companies and growers achieve stronger yield, better efficiency, and long-term success.

Konrad shares his vision for the company by saying, “Streamline Ag is entering an exciting next chapter. Our commitment to independence, integrity, and service-first support for growers and channel partners has never been stronger. I’m honored to step into this role and continue building a company that helps our customers win with trusted products, proven agronomic insights, and a technical team built for today’s challenges.”

As part of its growth, Streamline Ag strengthens its leadership structure. Trent Friesen and Allen Hensley will continue to serve as Business Development Managers. All Technical Sales Specialists (TSS) across the United States will now report to them. They guide regional planning, support channel partners, and oversee the TSS team as they deliver local agronomy support.

To expand its service area, the company adds experienced Technical Sales Specialists who bring strong knowledge of agronomy, consulting, retail agriculture, and on-farm management. The team includes:

  • Carey Barnes – Colorado, Western Kansas, Western Nebraska, Wyoming

  • Tyler Cowan – Kansas, Missouri

  • Michael Wied – Oklahoma, Texas

  • Mike Hommez – North Dakota, South Dakota

  • Ryan Harlan – Central and Southern Texas

  • Nick Schaps – Minnesota, Wisconsin

Konrad states that these specialists offer strong local connections, deep agronomy skills, and a shared goal of helping growers succeed. Their work supports the company’s promise to deliver the right insights, inputs, and support for every acre.

Streamline Ag continues to invest in research, testing, and products that strengthen the connection between seed genetics and biological performance. The company remains focused on independence, transparent service, and on-farm agronomy as the center of its work.
