The AgCareers’ AgTalent Summit, held December 3rd, 2025, in Mississauga, Ontario, brought together business leaders, industry associations, and post-secondary partners from across Canada for a day of insight, strategy, and collaboration.
By focusing on recognizing employee contributions, developing meaningful compensation strategies, and strengthening onboarding processes, the Summit equipped organizations with actionable tools to navigate today’s competitive talent landscape.

Nicole Davis, HR Consultant at UnCommon Farms, underscored the importance of retention, proactive recruitment, and keeping job descriptions aligned with evolving roles.
