The National Dairy Promotion and Research Board (NDB), through Dairy Management Inc., has announced the recipients of its 2025–2026 academic scholarships. These scholarships support students preparing for careers in dairy and related fields.
Each year, the program awards 11 students with $2,500 scholarships. In addition, one outstanding student receives the James H. Loper Jr. Memorial Scholarship, valued at $3,500. Eligible majors include journalism, communications, marketing, business, economics, nutrition, food science, and agricultural education. Recipients are selected based on academic success, career interests in dairy, leadership, initiative, and integrity.
For 2025–2026, Rachel Visser, a University of Minnesota student double majoring in Agricultural and Food Business Management and Agricultural Communications and Marketing, has been named the James H. Loper Jr. Memorial Scholarship recipient.
