Hoosier Ag Today, LLC announced a leadership update with Molly Nichols joining its board of directors beginning January 1, 2026. She was also promoted to Vice President of Sales and Affiliate Relations. This change supported the organization’s goal to grow its network and improve communication services for agriculture communities.
Nichols had worked with the organization since 2022. She continued to manage sales for both Hoosier Ag Today and Michigan Ag Today. Her work included building strong partnerships with radio stations and maintaining close relationships with agribusiness partners. She served as the main connection between affiliated radio stations and the agriculture media networks.
“Molly is a pleasure to work with, and we hear that from her clients as well,” says network president Eric Pfeiffer.
In her expanded role, Nichols also led the search for a new sales professional to join the network in 2026. This effort aimed to strengthen the sales team and expand service support for partners across the region.
“The Hoosier Ag Today team is outstanding in its service and dedication to farmers, and I am both honored and humbled to be playing a larger role within the organization,” says Nichols. “I truly enjoy connecting agribusinesses with our audience and connecting radio stations with our local farm programming and look forward to growing my sales and service team in 2026.”
The company recognized her dedication, leadership, and ability to support agribusiness communication through radio and digital platforms. Her promotion reflected her strong service record and her positive relationships with partners and clients.
Pfeiffer stated, “She’s a tremendous addition to our board and ownership team. I look forward to growing this company with Molly for many years to come!”
This leadership update showed Hoosier Ag Today’s commitment to strengthening its management team and improving services that support agriculture education, business outreach, and community connection across the region.
