Corteva appoints Luke Kissam as CEO of New Corteva and reveals its leadership team, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and efficient operations to support farmers and drive growth.

Corteva Inc. has announced the executive leadership team for its future crop protection company, called New Corteva. This company will be formed after Corteva completes its planned separation in the fourth quarter of 2026. The announcement follows the earlier appointment of Luke Kissam as CEO. He will join the company on June 1 and lead the new business after separation.

New Corteva will focus on crop protection solutions and advanced agricultural technologies. The company plans to build its growth through innovation in both products and operations. It will use modern technologies and nature-inspired solutions to help farmers improve crop protection and productivity. The company also aims to operate efficiently with a flexible and asset-light business model.

Corteva Chair Greg Page shared confidence in the new leadership team and its future direction.

"The business that will become Corteva after separation, later this year, will lead a critical industry from a position of strength," said Corteva Chair Greg Page, who will also chair New Corteva after separation. "I look forward to working with each of these leaders to drive the new, focused company to even greater heights."

Corteva CEO Chuck Magro also highlighted the importance of innovation and teamwork.

"New Corteva's success will be anchored in innovation and sustainability, coupled with a laser focus on enterprise-wide operational excellence, and this team is the right team to help realize its bright future," said Corteva CEO Chuck Magro. "It is an exciting time for the company, its leaders and their future teams."

The leadership team includes Jeff Rudolph as chief financial officer, Brook Cunningham as chief commercial officer, and Ralph Ford as chief integrated operations officer. Reza Rasoulpour will serve as chief technology officer, and Jim Alcombright will be chief digital and information officer. The roles of chief legal officer and chief people officer are still open and will be filled soon.

Robert King will support the transition as a strategic advisor starting July 1 and will remain involved throughout the separation period. An investor day is also planned for September 15 at the New York Stock Exchange.
