Loftness Specialized Equipment has announced the appointment of two key figures in its leadership team to bolster its growth strategy and operational efficiency.
Shannon McComas steps up as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, while Sarah Lamers takes on the role of Director of Operations.
Shannon McComas, previously the Director of Sales, will now oversee Loftness' sales and marketing efforts, focusing on expanding the company’s presence in crucial markets and enhancing brand recognition.
His extensive background in sales, marketing, and business development across the agriculture and construction sectors positions him well to lead these initiatives. McComas' role will also extend to collaborating with the engineering and R&D departments, aiming to align product development with market needs.
Sarah Lamers, who has been promoted from the role of Manufacturing Engineer to Director of Operations, will manage the company’s daily manufacturing and procurement operations.

She will work alongside McComas to oversee the engineering and R&D departments, ensuring that innovative and high-quality solutions continue to emerge from Loftness.
Both McComas and Lamers are expected to play pivotal roles in advancing Loftness' strategic objectives, which include driving revenue growth, optimizing production processes, and maintaining the company's reputation for quality and reliability.
Their combined expertise will be critical in meeting the growing demands of the agricultural and vegetation management industries, ensuring that Loftness remains at the forefront of providing high-performance equipment solutions.
