Ten Acre Marketing began the new year with strong team growth. The agency welcomed three new professionals to support its client services and creative operations. The new hires helped the company continue delivering effective marketing solutions for agricultural brands.
Joelle Orem and James Drewicke joined the agency as account coordinators. Matheus Spinelli came on board as creative studio manager. Each team member brought agriculture knowledge, marketing experience, and a shared goal of supporting the agriculture industry through meaningful communication.
Joelle Orem was an Indiana farmer and an award-winning creative professional. She had more than 12 years of experience in brand strategy, agricultural marketing, and business leadership. Her work supported both business-to-business and consumer-focused agriculture brands. Joelle also ran a direct-to-consumer beef business with her husband. Her farming background helped her understand the daily needs and challenges of farmers. This experience allowed her to support clients with real-life knowledge and strong communication skills.
James Drewicke grew up on a farm in Minnesota. His early life gave him a strong respect for agriculture and rural communities. He earned a degree in strategic communication from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. James brought experience working with agriculture marketing agencies and supported brands in crop protection, seed, and biological products. His education and industry background helped him deliver clear and useful marketing support to clients.
Matheus Spinelli has brought more than 20 years of experience in branding, retail, and digital marketing. He worked with large companies and food-focused brands to improve visual communication and brand design. As creative studio manager, Matheus managed studio operations, creative workflows, and asset organization. His role ensured that creative teams delivered effective and organized marketing materials.
“As our client work grows, so does the need for people who understand both agriculture and advertising,” said Leah Halverson, founder and CEO of Ten Acre Marketing. “These new team members strengthen our unique troupe of agricultural and marketing professionals. Positioning brands to advance agriculture is a promise we’re proud to keep for our clients. Our newest team members will sharpen and enhance our ability to deliver on that promise.”
With these new hires, Ten Acre Marketing continued expanding its services while strengthening support for agricultural brands through strategy, storytelling, and creative excellence.
