KIOTI Tractor has introduced significant leadership changes to solidify its expansion strategy across North America. This strategic update involves welcoming Don Lowe as the new Vice President of North American sales and celebrating Tim Phillips' promotion to Vice President of sales operations.
Don Lowe, with a robust background spanning over 30 years in sales, dealer development, and strategic growth, is set to play a pivotal role in broadening KIOTI’s market reach.
His comprehensive experience in the agricultural and compact construction equipment industries equips him well to drive the company’s market expansion efforts.
Lowe had an impactful career at Kubota Tractor Corporation, where he led national sales teams and developed dealer programs that significantly boosted market share and customer engagement.
Tim Phillips, who has been with KIOTI since 2003, brings over two decades of company-specific experience to his new role.
His prior positions within the company, ranging from territory manager to national sales manager, have given him deep insights into the company’s dealer network and customer needs.
Phillips is expected to leverage his extensive experience to drive sales operations and internal efficiencies.
Lowe and Phillips will focus on refining the sales strategy, enhancing dealer relations, and fostering customer engagement to solidify KIOTI's position as a market leader.
Their combined expertise will be crucial in supporting KIOTI's ongoing growth and operational excellence across its extensive dealer network, which includes more than 500 locations throughout North America.
