Keith Kreps becomes President of 21st Century Equipment bringing leadership expertise to drive innovation customer service and future growth in the agricultural equipment industry from July 1, 2025.

21st Century Equipment has officially appointed Keith Kreps as its new President, effective July 1, 2025. Kreps moves into this key leadership role after serving as the company’s Chief Operating Officer for five years. He brings with him more than twenty years of executive leadership experience in the agricultural equipment industry.

Since joining 21st Century Equipment in 2020, Kreps has played a major role in improving teamwork within the company and boosting customer service efforts. His leadership has helped the company grow and strengthen its position in the agriculture equipment market.

“My focus as President will be on driving innovation and operational excellence, always anchored in a customer-first service culture,” said Kreps.

Before his time with 21st Century Equipment, Kreps worked as Executive Vice President of Agriculture at RDO Equipment, a well-known name in the ag equipment sector. Beyond his leadership roles, Kreps serves the industry by being a board member of the Iowa-Nebraska Equipment Dealers Association and a Director for the Associated Equipment Distributors. His involvement reflects his commitment to advancing the agricultural equipment industry.

Owen Palm will continue in his current role as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. His guidance will help ensure a smooth leadership transition while keeping the company aligned with its long-term goals and vision.

With this appointment, 21st Century Equipment looks forward to continued growth and innovation under Kreps’s leadership. His experience in both operations and customer service positions him well to lead the company into the future, focusing on the success of both employees and customers.
