Dan McKernan has been elevated to Senior Vice President, Grocery, and Patti Herrick to Vice President, Frozen & Dairy, effective from January 1, 2025.

Dan McKernan, who joined JOH in 2018, has amassed over 34 years of experience in the food industry.
His career spans roles with distributors, wholesalers, and brokers, equipping him with a robust expertise that has been critical to JOH's growth.
Dan’s leadership has been instrumental in developing strong client and customer relations and guiding the Metro Account Executives and Account Managers.
He lives in Long Valley, NJ with his wife Dina and their two children, Elizabeth and Andrew.
Patti Herrick came on board at JOH in 2021 with an impressive background that includes more than 30 years in the industry.
Patti has significantly influenced the Grocery, Frozen, and Dairy categories. Her dedication to building strong partnerships and her strategic vision have driven outstanding results.
Patti will lead the Frozen & Dairy team in the Metro area, focusing on fostering growth and continuing the momentum. Patti resides in Jackson, NJ with her husband Mark, and their son Matthew, who is currently studying at the University of Delaware.
