Employers have been pushed to continually adapt their HR strategy year to year, month to month, even day to day since the pandemic began just two years ago.  Looking ahead at 2022, we knew it would be important to remain relevant in the way of adapting our surveys to track new trends and emerging policies.  As a result, we are most excited to launch our newly revised Ag & Food HR Review survey available now for employer participation.

NEW - 2022 Ag & Food HR Review

As always, the survey will document ongoing changes surfacing in the HR space of ag and food companies across North America.  We need your full support as we continue to pursue, collect and report this data for company strategic business planning.  We see now more than ever that HR strategy and “people talk” is critical to the success of each thriving organization.  We appreciate that businesses, even ag and food businesses,  are in fact people centric.

People can be an oversight in how we manage operations, as it is easy to focus upon the tangible fruits of our labor, front and center in our day-to-day work.  However, as we have lived and learned in this newest age, HR and people are never a one and done conversation.  We have seen this become a reality in today’s business place where the HR conversation continues, people talk is unending, and companies work to change outdated practices and evolve.  We are now called to create more cohesive workplaces and elevate our businesses despite the commonplace adversity and challenges present.

Look for the full report, scheduled for release this summer to help you answer your toughest workplace questions:

  • Who are the candidates/roles needed for your workforce?
  • What practices should you adapt in your organization?
  • When are like-companies planning to make compensation adjustments?
  • Where are ag and food companies investing resources for support?
  • Why should you consider prioritizing a compensation study?

In addition to the best HR trends, practices, and policy data, we are also offering employers an opportunity to benchmark benefit programs against industry peers.  New standards are developing within benefit offerings and our organizations need to be prepared for what new demands exist.
