The Don Andrews Memorial Scholarship supports agriculture students in Clermont County. One $1,000 award will help eligible graduates and college students continue higher education in agriculture-related fields.

The Clermont County Farm Bureau proudly supports the Don Andrews Memorial Scholarship to honor the life and service of Don Andrews. He served in many roles within the organization, ranging from president to policy chair. Most importantly, he was a true advocate and mentor. He believed in the organization with great pride and joy. Don’s legacy lives through the Don Andrews Memorial Scholarship, which his family has graciously established in his memory.
 

The scholarship supports students who plan to build careers in agriculture and related fields. One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded. Applicants must be 2026 graduates of a high school in Clermont County, Ohio, or current college students who are continuing their secondary education, majoring in the field of agriculture, and attending an institution of higher education.
 

Students must major in agriculture or a related field and attend an institution of higher education. A farm background is not required. However, at least one parent or guardian must be a member of 873the Clermont County Farm Bureau for the student to qualify or eligible.
 

Preference will be given to students studying agriculture, animal sciences, horticulture, science, chemistry, and education with a specialization in these areas. The selection committee will review each applicant based on academic achievement, participation in school and community activities, and leadership skills.
 

Applications are available online and through local high school guidance counselors’ offices. To apply, students must submit a completed application form, a copy of their high school transcript, and a wallet-size photo. All materials must be mailed to the Clermont County Farm Bureau, PO Box 288, Georgetown, OH 45121. Applications must be received by 4 p.m. on April 30, 2026.
