Dennis Silva Jr. comes to City Line Foods with a rich background in the food industry, having served as COO of Julius Silvert Specialty Foods in Philadelphia since January 2022.

His expertise in the food sector is further evidenced by his positions on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Restaurant and Lodging Association and the Connecticut Food Association, where he has played a significant role in shaping industry standards and practices.
Silva will report directly to Paul Green, the newly appointed President of Navis Food Partners. Paul takes over day-to-day operating responsibilities from Robert Berkowitz, CEO of Navis Food Partners, who will now focus more on platform strategy and accretive acquisitions for the company.
