Media ArticleAgCareers partnered with the Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council (CAHRC) to provide compensation insights, salary benchmarking, and market research to ensure the success of human capital in the industry.
In collaboration with the CAHRC, AgCareers developed an understanding of producers' immediate compensation data needs. Farm managers, supervisors, labourers and workers were identified as priority roles for benchmarking. The distinct commodity types targeted were:
