The NCBA officer team for 2025 was also confirmed, with Gene Copenhaver of Virginia stepping up as president-elect and Kim Brackett of Idaho taking on the role of vice president.
Leadership within the NCBA Policy Division will see Skye Krebs of Oregon as chair and Kenny Rogers of Colorado as the policy vice chair.
The NCBA Federation Division will be led by Nancy Jackson of Mississippi as chair and Travis Maddock of North Dakota as vice chair, while Brad Hastings of Texas will continue his duties as treasurer.
Wehrbein's presidency is set to focus on fostering opportunities for the next generation of cattle producers.
