The Semios Group, a global leader in agricultural technology, announces Amie Thesingh as its new Chief Executive Officer. This leadership change marks an important step for the company as it continues its mission to deliver innovative solutions for growers worldwide.
 

Thesingh brings a strong record of leadership and experience in the agriculture sector. At Wilbur-Ellis, she led the Ag Solutions business, where she launched farmer-facing digital agronomy tools, developed a sustainability product line, and advanced a $300 million proprietary crop inputs business.
 

She also served as Chief Technology Officer and directed Strategy and Business Development, including the company’s enterprise transformation team.
 

Her career also includes significant work at Cargill, where she gained international experience in agriculture. She developed farmer solutions in the United States, managed grain origination and crop input distribution across seven countries in Central and Eastern Europe and helped combine four animal protein businesses into one cohesive group. These roles highlight her ability to bring together technology, strategy, and operations on a global scale.
