Netafim USA hires Aaron Leon as Controlled Environment Agriculture Manager to lead its West Coast operations, leveraging his extensive CEA expertise and proven leadership in B2B agricultural sales.

Netafim USA, a global leader in precision agriculture and a subsidiary of Orbia, has appointed Aaron Leon as Key Account Manager for Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) West.

In this new position, Leon will oversee client relationships and support the company’s mission to deliver sustainable and efficient farming solutions across the U.S. West Coast.

Aaron Leon brings more than a decade of experience in the Controlled Environment Agriculture industry, with an impressive record in sales, logistics, and customer success. His hands-on leadership in managing over 100 retail and distributor accounts has consistently generated over $1 million in monthly revenue and 50 percent year-over-year growth.

Leon joins Netafim USA from Elevated Equipment Supply, where he enhances sales operations and customer engagement strategies. His previous leadership roles at Greencoast Hydroponics and HydroBuilder Holdings gave him deep insights into cultivation practices and partnerships with growers and operators throughout the region.

Aaron’s professional journey began at California State University, Long Beach, where he earned degrees in Philosophy and Political Science and first developed an interest in cultivation.

After college, he worked in outside sales in Orange County before joining Greencoast Hydroponics. There, he advanced to lead sales representative for the commercial department as California’s recreational cannabis market expanded.

Following a merger at Greencoast, Leon transitioned to HydroBuilder Holdings as an Account Executive, focusing on commercial sales before taking on his most recent role at Elevated Equipment Supply. His customer-first approach aligns with Netafim’s commitment to partnership-driven innovation and delivering high-quality service to growers.

Netafim USA’s leadership believes Leon’s experience and industry knowledge will help strengthen the company’s position as a top provider of irrigation and cultivation technology for controlled environment agriculture across the western United States.
