About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join the Adelaide team on a permanent, full time basis.

As a Warehouse manager you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of the AIRR business. AIRR Warehouses are responsible for the distribution and storage of various agricultural and pet related stock to supply AIRR Member stores and has a high volume of incoming and outgoing stock. The role will involve management of various facets of the business from both a sales and an operations perspective to ensure a level of service is provided to our customers.

Responsibilities

As an AIRR Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for:
  • Develop and work toward sales plans in conjunction with the State Manager
  • Oversee daily operations across the warehouse facility
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Supervise pricing control and quotes going out
  • Identify and cultivate new customer relationships and growth opportunities
  • Monitor current market trends to ensure business is remaining up to date
  • Maintain all relative safety regulations and laws, ensuring all visitors and staff are compliant and safe.


About you
To succeed at AIRR, you will have:
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience leading a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to implementing and optimising warehouse operations
  • Commitment to a high standard of safety
