About the role

We are looking for a Training Material Lead to join the growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As an Elders Training Material Lead, you will spearhead the design and development of training materials crucial for various transformative initiatives within the Elders 'SysMod' project.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join Elders and become a driving force in shaping our transformative projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the development of all training material, including digital adoption tools
  • Develop training materials which support an on-the-job learning approach with the ability for all users to self-resource and refresh their knowledge at any time
  • Contribute to the development of new programs, resources/materials, delivery methods; and review existing practices.
  • Engage with and present information to relevant stakeholders on training material designed.


About you
  • Tertiary qualifications in education/training
  • Proven track record in crafting digital learning programs.
  • Demonstrated success in translating training needs analyses into effective learning modules.
  • Proficiency in cultivating relationships across all organisational tiers.
  • Familiarity with Articulate360 Storyline and Rise.
  • Understanding of digital adoption platforms and experience collaborating with third-party vendors for enhanced support and engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to inspire confidence and lead individuals through change.
  • Prior experience in training management within business transformation projects is highly advantageous.
  • Background in or comprehension of the Agricultural sector is desirable.
