We are looking for a Training Material Designer to join the supportive team on a 12-month fixed-term, full-time basis.

As part of this journey, we're looking for a passionate and skilled Training Material Designer to develop engaging, effective, and practical learning experiences that support employees through new systems, processes, and ways of working.
In this role, you'll create a wide range of learning resources to support our national transformation, working closely with subject matter experts, project teams, and our internal training network. You'll also play a key role in shaping how change is understood and adopted across the business.
Responsibilities
Design and develop training materials and knowledge assessments aligned with project goals and curriculum plans
Create new programs, resources, and digital content; continuously improve and update existing materials
Support the delivery of a "train the trainer" program and collaborate with internal business partners
Contribute to change engagement activities to ensure a smooth learning experience for all employees
Present training content and concepts to stakeholders across multiple levels of the business
Promote and embed the One Elders values throughout all training and engagement initiatives
Who are we looking for:
Experience designing digital learning programs, with proficiency in tools like Articulate360 (Storyline and Rise)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to various audiences
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
Experience in a sales-based or agricultural organisation (preferred)
Background in training design for business transformation projects (highly regarded)
Familiarity with tools such as Camtasia (desirable)
