Job Description: About the role

We're looking for a confident and experienced Training Facilitator to join our Change Engagement team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

In this role, you'll deliver engaging training sessions and support end-users through significant system and process changes across Elders' national network.

This is an exciting opportunity for a training professional with strong facilitation and communication skills to work on large-scale business transformation projects across multiple systems. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders across various business areas to ensure learners feel supported, informed, and equipped to adopt new systems and ways of working.

This role requires interstate travel and offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in a highly engaged team.

Responsibilities

As a Training Facilitator, you will:
  • Facilitate face-to-face and virtual training sessions for staff across various systems and business functions.
  • Tailor training delivery to meet the needs of different learner groups and regional contexts.
  • Engage learners through clear, confident delivery and by managing learner expectations and varying skill levels.
  • Create and maintain training materials and documentation to support ongoing learning.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and adjust training accordingly.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Promote adoption and use of learning tools and support resources post-training.
  • Maintain awareness of system updates and changes throughout the project lifecycle.


About you

To succeed as a Training Facilitator, you have:
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in training facilitation, presenting, or coaching in corporate or project environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage diverse learners.
  • High emotional intelligence and confidence in navigating change and uncertainty.
  • Strong sense of initiative and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel interstate for training delivery - sometimes for extended periods.
  • Prior experience working in change/transformation projects or system rollouts (desirable).
  • Experience in the rural services sector or with Elders is a bonus, but not essential.
