About the role

We are seeking a Support Officer Rural Products to join the Ace Ohlsson team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based within the Sydney Markets, this is a dynamic, fast paced role that will see you provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the team. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.

Responsibilities

As a Support Officer Rural Products, you will:

Assist in the safe storage of rural products including stock feed, crop seeds, and crop protection chemicals
Receive, dispatch and process incoming / outgoing inventory
Process client purchases, both instore transactions and orders for delivery
Provide administrative support to the rural products team as required and assist with promotional campaigns
Perform retail and warehousing duties including stock take and stock rotation etc.

About you

To be successful, you will have:

Current driver's license and Forklift license
Availability to work early mornings (4:00am - 12:00pm shifts)
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with merchandising knowledge
Understanding of agriculture products, seasonal differences and our competitors
Articulate written and verbal communication and proficient computer skills
Ability to work independently and in a team with time management skills
