About the role

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Property Specialist to join the supportive team on a 12 month fixed term, full-time basis.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Property Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in managing Elders' diverse property portfolio. Working closely with the Manager, Property & Facilities, you'll ensure the efficient leasing, acquisition, divestment and maintenance of our commercial and residential properties. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of property legislation, and a passion for delivering operational excellence in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Manage lease negotiations, renewals and documentation for commercial and residential properties, including engagement with landlords and third-party solicitors
Maintain and update the Property Management System, SharePoint and related documentation
Provide support for property acquisition, ownership, leasing, management and divestment decisions
Liaise with key stakeholders across the business on property budgets, leases, maintenance and repairs
Assist with premises relocation and "make good" processes, ensuring timely handbacks
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing property-related financial information to Group Finance

Who are we looking for:

Minimum 5 years' experience in property management, ideally within a corporate or commercial setting
Sound knowledge of relevant property and leasing legislation
Proven ability to negotiate and influence across a wide range of stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
Tertiary qualification in Property, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline (essential); current driver's licence (required)
