About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer Real Estate to join our growing team on a permanent, Full-Time basis. In this role, you will provide crucial support to two rural sales representatives - one based regionally and another in the State team - assisting them in their sales support functions.

As a Sales Support Officer, you'll be an additional point of contact for our clients, utilising your expert customer service skills to support sales by building lasting relationships. You'll be a key part of the end-to-end sales process, supporting rural real estate sales that are often seasonal, as well as assisting with commercial product offerings. You'll have the opportunity to grow your career with the backing of the Elders network, providing you with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

Providing expert administrative support to the rural real estate sales team, including supporting remote sales consultants, ensuring smooth end to end operations.
Assisting in the preparation of documentation such as advertising, contracts and Information memorandums.
Accurately processing and journalling trust account income and expenses.
Creating promotional and marketing materials to actively promote the Elders Real Estate brand.
Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days, community/business events and conferences.

About You

Have a solid understanding and experience within the real estate industry.
Are comfortable working collaboratively in a results-focused environment and can support remote sales reps efficiently.
Are adaptable, resourceful, and tech-savvy, thriving in a fast-paced environment
Have a keen eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess excellent customer service skills and are adept at cultivating relationships with both current and future clients.
