About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our Kingston Real Estate Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a varied role that will see you as the first point of contact for our clients as well as supporting our sales team preparing marketing materials, assisting in the sales process and providing general administrative support.

With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary and supported to learn and grow your career.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will enjoy a varied day including:


  • Being the first point of contact for our clients
  • Providing administrative support to the real estate team throughout the end-to-end sales process
  • Preparing marketing materials
  • Database management
  • Liaising with vendors and potential purchasers
  • General administrative support


About you

To succeed at Elders, you will have:


  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
  • Experience in preparing print media (desirable but not essential)
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in using Adobe InDesign or a willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
  • A passion to build a career in the Real Estate industry
